Francofilm festival in Rome

French-language movies will return to the Italian capital Rome with the Francofilm fest. Scheduled on March 14-21, the fifth edition of the event organized by the Institut Francais-Centre Saint-Louis will feature 11 films from Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada/Quebec, France, Lebanon, Luxembourg, Morocco, Romania, Senegal, Switzerland and Tunisia.
The week-long festival will debut a number of films and include a concert as well as talks with filmmakers. Competitors will vie for an award granted by the public, one by the jury and a special mention from the jury.
Organized in cooperation with the embassies representing member countries of the International Francophone Organization, the screenings are free.
