To mark its 10th anniversary, FIFDH is celebrating peace-makers, the women and men helping to advance the cause of human rights, as well as the young generations - in the Near East, Europe and further afield - who are mobilising themselves for the respect of their dignity. This year, FIFDH pays a special tribute to the Syrian people, with, in opening, a solidarity evening and discussion with the Syrian resistance.
The 10th edition, which will take place from the 2nd to the 11th March 2012 will feature unscreened films and debates on crucial current issues such as the future of the Arab revolutions; Europe's neo-populist drifts; opposition to the dictatorship of financial markets; international justice in action; peace-builders and reconciliators working behind the scenes to promote human rights, including in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
FIFDH is also an opportunity to meet revolutionaries, activists, bloggers, political personalities, committed filmmakers and artists.
