Initiated in 2010, the Karama Human Rights Festival advocates for human rights, encourages debate, critical thinking and civil engagement through the screening of human rights films, their post-screening and debates. The Festival also features musical concerts, theatre performances, poetry readings and visual art exhibitions that deal with human rights issues.
The 3rd Edition of the Karama Human Rights Festival (KHRFF) will be held from the 10th to the 15th December 2012 in Amman, Jordan.
The festival focuses on films dealing with human rights.
Ma3mal 612 Think Factory, the non-profit association that organises the festival has recently launched a call for entries open to films of all genres that are not older than three years.
Deadline for submission – 2nd September 2012.
